“Our room was very clean. They had an excellent breakfast with much to choose from.”

“Clean quiet”

“건물이 오래되어서 층간소음은 할수없지만 시골의 호텔치곤 꽤나 깨끗했습니다. 주변 경관도 훌륭했어요”

“Almost everything was really great, and I would definately return again. The only minor critique is that there was no coffee machine in our room, and no coffee machine on the landing between the rooms. The machine in the study/sitting area only provided tea or instant coffee. The only real coffee available is if you go into the breakfast room, and then you have to wait for it to be served to you. When we do return I will simply bring a coffee maker with me, but that is annoying.”

“The hotel meets the expectations: comfortable, easy to access and low budget. Service is good, people are kind and the hotel is clean. The room is large, clean and comfortable. The breakfast is just ok. ”

“The staff the rooms the atmosphere location the FOOD. Well deserved best hotel in the state by far.”

“Nonostante il preavviso di una settimana non sono riuscita ad entrare in contatto con i gestori per cancellare la prenotazione ed avere un rimborso ( unico modo era un contatto telefonico ma dall'italia complicato) Sarebbe andato bene anche un rimborso parziale, nulla. Alla mail con la mia richiesta non ho mai ricevuto risposta, al mio non apparire in stanza nemmeno. Non lo consiglierei a nessuno: nel mezzo della campagna senza nessun tipo di assistenza”

“The recent positive reviews are extremely perplexing! Room was not clean (big cobwebs hanging from ceiling), room smelled, wallpaper peeling off walls throughout, there was a hole in the wall, stains on the walls, air/ heating unit was loud and rattled throughout the night and finally NO hot water. Do not be fooled - this is not an “Inn”. It is a motel and not a very nice one at that!”

“Struttura molto bella, camere spaziose e comode. Buona la colazione con marmellate fatte in casa.”

“The property was being renovated which is much needed. The bed was comfortable but it wasn’t overall super clean and had a funky smell.”

“The house is very confortable, everithying is clean and you can find all the stuff you can need for a pleasante stay. You can feel to stay at home. Thank you!!!”

“Was a last minute booking a a wonderful surprise!. The owner, Lulu, has created wonderful little surprise in this sweet NE town. Stylish, functional, simple but elegant. Super comfortable room, great location, quiet, yet in town, gorgeous, well-maintained gardens. We will be back!”

“Very good hotel, clean and confortable. We spent two relaxing days.”

“Keep your expectations low and you will be happy. It provided what I needed at the end of October. Warm Room with a bed, mattress was so so at best. A bit spendy for an evening.”

“We rented the room for the jetted hot tub, which worked great. We paid $182, which is about the same in comparison to other places. The only downfall compared to other motels we stayed at to this place is they did not offer coffee a machine, ice machine, no blow dryer. Very basic. It was also very loud outside and above us.”

“Perfect!!”
